Coaches,

As we prepare for another exciting track season, we are pleased to invite your team to the 5th Annual Dunbar Tigers Guy Thomas Memorial Track and Field Meet.

Coach Guy Thomas envisioned hosting one of the most elite track meets in the state. He realized that dream in 2021, and it remains our mission to carry forward what he started. Coach Thomas was instrumental in building the Dunbar track program into a nationally recognized powerhouse. He also founded the Hurdle U University training facility, where he trained and mentored numerous aspiring and professional athletes.

Coach Thomas made a profound and lasting impact on student-athletes and achieved tremendous success as both an educator and a coach. This meet serves to honor his dedication to the sport and to ensure that his vision continues for years to come.

We look forward to welcoming you in March for a memorable competition.
