Competition Communication & Info:

Meet updates and communication will be sent via emails that are listed on Direct Athletics. Only registered coaches will receive communication.


Medals will be awarded to the top finisher in each event and will be given out at the conclusion of each event. Team Champion trophies will be awarded to the top Boys & Girls team at the conclusion of the meet. Please be sure to remain after the meet to collect any remaining awards.


The Broward County Track & Field Officials Association will be on-site for this meet. This meet will be sanctioned by the FHSAA and will qualify for the regional at-large qualification. Click Link Below


Packet Pick-Up:

Packets will be available when gates open at 7:00am. The coaches meeting will be conducted in the center of the Football field. You will be able to pick up packets during the coaches meeting at the Clerk of the Course tent.


Busses are asked to drop teams off on the Dunbar High School bus ramp located on Edison Ave. Please check prior to meet for updates or changes.

Athlete & Coaches

Athletes will not be permitted on the infield unless they are competing in long jump, triple jump, or high jump. Any athlete on the infield not competing in these events will be disqualified. Coaches will NOT be allowed on the infield due to sanctioning requirements. There will be Coaches boxes at long jump, triple jump, and high jump. Every athlete who is competing in the long jump, triple jump, and high jump will receive a wristband which will allow them access to the field. Wristbands will be provided in coaches packets.


Athletic trainers will be on site for the entire meet. The Athletic Training staff will be located at the tent at the south end of the track near the start-finish line.


Athletes may warm up on the practice field near tent city. NO WARMING UP ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD/INFIELD. Warming up on the infield will result in disqualification.

Check-In Procedures:

Runners must check-in at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each event. Athletes must have their bib with them and be fully dressed and ready to compete at the time of check-in. Athletes will enter the track on the south side of the stadium near the field house. Check-in area will be located on the tennis courts.

$150 per gender (Please see details below and send payment prior to the meet)


Each team is limited to 4 athletes per running event, 4 athletes per field event, and two 4x100 relay teams. We have decided to allow teams the opportunity to enter more than 4 athletes per event at a cost of $25 per entry over 4 (per entry not per athlete). The extra entries will not be counted for points, but will get an official certified time. Please email me if you plan on adding more than 4 per event. Entries must be entered into Directathletics.com by Tuesday, February 20th at 11:59pm. You will not be able to add athletes at the event.

Field Events:

Three attempts will be given to athletes in LJ, TJ, SP, JAV, and Discus. All first legal attempts will be marked in throwing events and all field events will be run as finals.


Weigh-ins will be conducted for ALL field events; including Pole Vault. Weigh-ins will be conducted from 7:15am to 8:25am. Weigh-ins will take place on the tennis courts.

Important Reminders:

-No Athletes are permitted on the infield unless competing in an event (Wristbands will be given to HJ, LJ, and TJ athletes)

-Coaches are requested to keep their athletes off the football field/infield (Will result in disqualification)

-Field Events (with the exception of vertical jumps) will allow 3 attempts

-No more than 4 entries per running event and 4 per field event

-Warm-ups will be limited to the designated warm-up area next to tent city

-No changes or additions will be allowed at the meet, only scratches will be permitted

-All heat sheets will be live on this site 

-FHSAA Rules prevail


-Spikes no longer than 1/4" pyramid will be permitted
